He brings a strong combination of project, operations and leadership to the area of Integrated Operations and is comfortable in dealing with all levels and functions of an organisation. Dominic’s recent experience includes:
- Manager of an Integrated Operations Centre for a global mining company based in Perth. Leading the implementation and ongoing leadership of large teams of controllers and professionals in the 24/7 operations and improvement of multiple mines. This included meeting 5 Year targets for increased capacity in year one.
- Advisor to senior leadership teams around the world in relation to the implementation of Integrated Operations into their asset groups.
- Study Manager – Operational Readiness, leading key people and process changes in preparation for implementation of a large remote Operations Centre that was delivered in 20 months
- Superintendent of an Integrated Operations Centre for a global mining company based in Perth. Leading large teams of controllers and professionals in the 24/7 operation and improvement of multiple mines, processing facilities, ports, power
generation & distribution, and remote maintenance management.
