Since early 2014, Adam J Bond has been Project Manager of Linc Energy’s SAPEX business, which holds all of the Company’s petroleum and mineral licences in South Australia. Adam is responsible for driving the exploration and development of Linc Energy’s vast shale oil and gas assets primarily in the Arckaringa Basin.

Adam joined Linc Energy in 2012, first starting as a Commercial Analyst within the Company’s Coal division (now New Emerald Coal), a role which focused on merger and acquisition opportunities within the softening marketplace. Subsequently he was extensively involved in the successful acquisition of the Blair Athol coal mine in Clermont in Central Queensland, Australia. This role also consisted of an operational site management component for the duration of the Teresa Coal Project drilling program which had up to eight operational rigs onsite.

Post his tenure in the Coal division, Adam moved to the centralised Linc Energy business where he played a pivotal role in the Company’s transition from an Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) listed company, to be listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) in December 2013.

From 2009 until joining Linc Energy, Adam was General Manager of the family owned Bond Group. The Bond Group is a diversified consortium with interests in resources, tech development, aviation, media and property. Adam is also a commercial pilot and before joining the Bond Group, worked as an agricultural pilot, crop dusting throughout Australia.
