Prior to joining Gilbert + Tobin in February 2013, Phil was General Counsel & Company Secretary at Oakajee Port & Rail, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi.
Phil is a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of the Infrastructure Standing Committee of the WA Chamber of Minerals and Energy. He is also a non-executive director of a not-for-profit company.
Phil has a Bachelor of Civil Laws (Honours) (Master’s Degree by coursework) from the University of Oxford, UK which he completed on a Chevening Scholarship.
